Auction paintings have just been completed when posted for auction, so they will need to dry for a week or two before they can be mailed out. They are unframed, and packaged and mailed in a bubble envelope.
Painting Auction – Peanut Butter Bite

The reason this is entitled “Peanut Butter Bite” is because, for my entire adult life, I have said I don’t like peanut butter (unless it’s in a cookie). But in setting up this sandwich still life, I decided to try a bite. I usually do this for things like Little Debbie snack cakes, and am happy to do so. But, I fully expected to want to spit out the bite, rather than chew it up. Much to my surprise (and a little bit of chagrin), I liked it!
Who knew?!
A good reminder to keep one’s mind open for change.
